Customer Service Administrator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a small team based on the outskirts of Basingstoke. Our client specialise is security and safety equipment.

This is going to be a full time, temporary ongoing position.

Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of call for all customer enquiries
  • Answering a variety of calls and logging proficiently on a variety of systems
  • Scheduling jobs and call outs for the engineers
  • Providing outstanding customer service to vulnerable customers
  • Liaising with engineers and providing support to them

Requirments:

  • Excellent customer service and coordination experience
  • Ability to work in a very fast passed environment
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Resilient and adaptable working approach
  • Available immediately
  • Own transport due to rural location

The Role:

  • Temporary ongoing position
  • Paying £12.75 - £13.00 per hour depending on experience
  • Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 17.00 and Friday 8.30 - 16.00
  • Starting as soon as possible
