CCP are delighted to be working with an existing client who are an industry leading travel insurance company, as they look to recruit 9 passionate Customer Service Advisors to join their contact centre based in Cardiff City Centre.

Our client's business is growing rapidly following a recent acquisition, so it's an exciting time to join them on this exciting journey of accelerated growth. To be successful in this role you must be highly empathetic, proactive, take initiative, be a clear and confident communicator with excellent telephony and typing skills, strong organisational skills to manage and deal with difficult situations and conversations whilst respecting customer confidentiality.

The salary ranges from £24,000-£28,000 depending on experience and an OTE of £200 per month based your service metrics. You will be based in the office for the first six months whilst you train and develop to be self-sufficient in the role. Thereafter, you will have the flexibility (should you wish) to moving into a hybrid operating model. During your first month you will be in training, where the hours are set at 9am-5:30pm. Once you exit training and switch into the live role, the hours will fall between 8:30am and 8pm plus weekend shifts ranging between 9am-5:30pm on Saturdays and 10am-5pm on Sundays.

Key Responsibilities...

  • Handling existing customer enquiries using telephone, email and live chat regarding their insurance policy
  • Answer and take ownership of queries from customers
  • Take payments and make amendments to customers policies
  • Keep customers records up to date and in line with GDPR processes
  • Undertaking general day-to-day admin using CRM systems
