Dovetail Recruitment are excited to be working with a company in Ferndown who sell a range of office and hospitality products to businesses, and retail partners online. They have a large portfolio of existing clients who have the potential to grow hugely. As Trainee Account Executive, you will investigate each client and their potential, to then build the relationship stronger and grow the account.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
This Graduate Account Executive role will primarily focus on helping to drive sales through the secondary and tertiary accounts, looking to grow existing accounts but bringing on new clients will also be encouraged.
- Servicing a large variety of existing accounts to generate sales
- Growing accounts via relationship building, account analysis and client visits
- Analysing and reviewing data to improve sales performance and forecasting
- Working collaboratively with the marketing team to drive new business through promotional campaigns
- Learning how to bring in new business via warm and cold leads
- Liaising and supporting the sales and marketing departments to implement strategy
- Help launch new products to market and get buy-in from existing and new customers
- Understanding customer service and sales order processing functions for existing accounts
- Striving to achieve both individual and company sales revenue targets
Minimum Requirements:
- Ideally 6-months previous experience in a sales role
- Confidence to speak with existing customers
- UK Driving License
- Able to prioritise
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary circa £26,000 per annum
