Their services range from the smallest of property projects to refurbishment and renovation of multi-million-pound properties and extend to major renovation and construction projects.

The role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small company as a Managing Quantity Surveyor. They require someone with extensive management experience to take control of their contracts works department and drive this forward. They currently have two junior project managers that would require additional support and the managing QS would take over their tendering, take up the role of senior project manager and improve the company's overall professionalism and that is why they would require the successful candidate to be responsible for the two existing project managers.
