Marketing Graduate - Hybrid working

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Marketing Executive to secure their first marketing position working for a global organisation and manufacturer, across multiple brands. This would be the perfect role for a talented graduate with excellent design skills, looking to gain experience and insight across the whole Marketing spectrum and offers excellent development opportunities for a successful candidate.

The role is hybrid based with 2 days working remotely and three days at the company's main offices in Stoke in Trent.

This is a pivotal and exciting role for someone who has a real passion for Marketing and will give you the opportunity to support in a variety of areas within both print and digital marketing.

You will support the Head of Marketing and the wider team to assist in delivering targeted marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms, including website management, POS literature, email marketing, and social media. You will also assist with proof reading content for various marketing materials and have the opportunity of using your design skills to help develop ideas for the asset library including brochures, posters, flyers, newsletters and press releases for the company's distribution partners. You will have the opportunity of attending events and exhibitions throughout the UK.

The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate who is an enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a high-level of attention to detail and a can-do attitude.

Candidates should have the following:

Hold a degree or qualification in Marketing or related subject.

Passionate about Marketing with a creative mindset.

Experience of design software including Canva and Adobe suite

Confident user of MS office suite

Excellent written skills and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

The salary for the role is between £22,000 to £24,000 plus benefits including 25 days holiday, Pension, Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Program and Flexi time.It is a hybrid role with 2 days working remotely and 3 days working in their offices in Stoke on Trent.
