Prospero Teaching are looking for a vibrant Spanish Teacher to join the MFL department as maternity cover in a 'good' Secondary School in Wakefield this September.
The ideal candidate
- Plan and deliver lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Manage behaviour effectively and promote a positive learning environment.
- Fully engage within the department and wider school.
- Attend parents evenings and other extra curricular evenings.
This position is full time and for 9 months.
ECTs and NQTs are welcomed to apply.

- Hours - 08:00 - 16:00
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience working in a UK school.
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential).
- Spanish / MFL related degree.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references
