The Job
Senior Payroll Managers will be hired for a period of 6 months -12 months. Reporting to HR, hybrid working.
- Support delivery of monthly payroll for volume numbers of employees
- Lead and develop the department responsible for all payroll processes
- Oversee the management of payroll administration functions for the department, ensure the service delivers timely, accurate and compliant payments to employees and external stakeholders eg HMRC
- Manage the variety of payments across several staffing groups including casual workers and those working overseas.
- Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- People Management of a Payroll Manager and 3 Payroll staff
