A global, multidisciplinary Architecture Practise in London is looking to add a dynamic Specifications Advisor to their growing team.
The Specifications Advisor Role
The incoming Specifications Advisor will join a large team of multidisciplinary professionals, this could include Interior Designers, Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Sustainability Consultants and more.

The successful Specifications Advisor will be responsible for the preparation of in-house specifications on exciting projects around the world and providing support to architectural teams by contributing to guidance, research and development of the technical design and documentation.
Occasional travel outside the UK is required, typically no longer for a week at a time, so this could be a very exciting opportunity for someone looking for a role which gives them the chance to travel.
The Specifications Advisor

A construction background
-
This could include Site Management, Architecture, Engineering or Surveying

RIBA or be ARB registered ideally

An Engineering degree is desirable but not essential

Must have technical knowledge - i.e. reading drawings

Experience preparing specifications on construction projects is highly desirable

Able to travel outside the UK occasionally

- Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
- 1 day working from home after probation
