Position: IT Specialist (PDM and Training Expertise)
Company: Leading Multi-Category Consumer Goods Company
Location: 3 days in Southampton Office / 2 days Remote
Contract: 9 months (with potential for extension)
Rate: £500 per day

About Us: My client is a dynamic and innovative multi-category consumer goods company known for providing high-quality tobacco and nicotine products to millions of consumers worldwide. They are committed to excellence and continuous improvement, and they are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to help maintain and elevate the training and data management systems.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined IT Specialist with strong Product Data Management (PDM) experience, specifically with Teamcenter. The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in using Teamcenter but also have experience managing it from an administrative perspective. Additionally, the role requires someone who is adept at delivering training programs and organising training schedules for a large group of new users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and organise a comprehensive training schedule for 250-300 new users. - Training will be provided
  • Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective user adoption.
  • Manage and administer the Teamcenter PDM system, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand training needs and customise training programs accordingly.
  • Maintain detailed records of training sessions, feedback, and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in IT with strong knowledge and experience in PDM systems, specifically Teamcenter.
  • Experience in administering and managing PDM systems.
  • Proven experience in delivering training programs, preferably in IT or PDM-related fields.
  • Highly self-sufficient, motivated, and disciplined with excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong project planning and logistics experience; a military background is a plus.
