A new age, rapidly growing digital agency with a remote team across the world are looking to add a new AP assistant ot their team on a temporary basis.
With strong potential to turn permanent, this is a great opportunity for an experience AP assistant to take responsibility of a AP function and offer new ideas to improve processes.
The Role - Part-Time Finance Assistant
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure proper documentation and approval for UK & US entity
- Maintain and update supplier records.
- Assist in the preparation of accounts payable reports and month-end closing processes.
- Prepare journals and post at month end
The Person - Part-Time Finance Assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a high rate of accuracy
- 1-2 years working in a finance assistant or similar role
- A background working for a creative, digital or marketing agency is highly advantegous
