Role Highlights:
- Team Leadership:
Manage and supervise a team of support workers, providing guidance, training, and direction.
- Quality Care:
Monitor team performance, set objectives, and address any issues promptly.
- Person-centred Support Plans:
Develop individualised plans that promote independence and choice.
- Positive Behavioural Strategies:
Create solutions to enable service users' pathways to independence, emphasising equality and diversity.
- Safety First:
Investigate and rectify health and safety risks.

Who You Are:
- Proven track record in managing CQC services
- Strong understanding of complex mental health
- Ability to develop positive behavioural support strategies
- Knowledgeable about safeguarding protocols and CQC regulations
- Excellent administrative skills and record-keeping
- Collaborative, resilient, and solution-oriented
