They are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented eD2C Assistant to join their team and help enhance their customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and optimising the brands website with site maintenance and issue resolution
- Support the e-business manager in briefing and testing optimisation's, enhancements, promotions, activation's, and product launches.
- Responsible for the merchandising of the website and ensuring the product catalogue is kept clean
- Help with briefing to the internal web mastering agency
- Responsible for website auditing and ensuring consistent messaging and branding across site
- Contribute to the online strategy activation and asset creation.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Support with monitoring and analysing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other teams and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an e-commerce role is preferred.
- Experience with Google Analytics would be beneficial.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in using e-commerce platforms, social media, and digital marketing tools is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
