Job Title: Security Control Centre Team Lead

Location: Warwick

Remuneration: Competitive salary

Contract Details: Full-time, 6 Month Contract, Scope to extend/move to perm

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and be an ambassador for the Security Control Centre (SCC).
  • Deliver excellent customer service to stakeholders.
  • Manage a small team and be accountable for coaching, mentoring, and developing new operators.
  • Support the SCC manager by collating meaningful and performance-driven key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Take a lead role in the event of serious incidents or crisis management events.
  • Ensure timely administration and communication from the SCC, recording updates on the service desk accordingly.
  • Ensure strong attention to detail in successful communications with the team and stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for the performance and development of your team.
  • Support the SCC manager in collating meaningful and performance-driven KPIs.

Skills/Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Team Leader within the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure information is understood by all individuals within and outside the team.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, both individually and as a team leader.
  • High level of PC literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products and varied software platforms used in systems.
  • Strong analytical and data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of Gallagher Alarm and Access control Systems, Synectics Video & Alarm Management, Active directory, CCTV, Video Analytics, Perimeter Intruder Detection (PID) systems, and CNI Environment.
  • Experience in managing ISS operational service and maintenance contracts.
  • Computer literate, with advanced understanding of MS Office.
  • Demonstrable competency in the security of Information Systems.
  • SIA CCTV Licence required.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Management qualification or demonstrable experience of managing a team.
  • Control room experience.
