My client is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor specialising in Residential Conveyancing to join their reputable law firm in Central London. This role is ideal for a dedicated individual ready to manage their own caseload and assist a partner with files, focusing on both freehold and leasehold properties, including new builds and second-hand properties.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision.
- Assisting a partner with the management of their files.
- Handling transactions involving both freehold and leasehold properties.
- Dealing with all aspects of conveyancing for new build and second-hand properties.
- Providing high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base.
- Ensuring all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Newly Qualified Solicitor with a focus on Residential Conveyancing.
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property law.
