Senior Residential Support Worker - 3 Bed EBD Service
Location: Perivale, London
Salary: £16.12 per hour | 40 hours per week
Sleep-In Rate: £70.50 per night
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join a 3- bed children's home in Perivale, London, supporting a young person with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent, child-centred care in line with individual care plans
- Support the Team Leader and Deputy Manager in leading shifts and mentoring junior staff
- Maintain accurate records, including risk assessments and incident reports
- Build trusting relationships with the young person and act as a positive role model
- Support the home to meet all safeguarding, regulatory, and therapeutic standards
- Help to create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - essential
- Full UK Driving Licence - highly desirable
- Experience working in a residential childcare setting, ideally with EBD
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and therapeutic care approaches
- Flexible to work a variable shift pattern across 7 days, including weekends and sleep-ins
