Key Responsibilities

Expert Property Valuation

  • Conduct precise and market-informed valuations for a diverse portfolio of rental properties
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of Leicester's property landscape to provide accurate pricing strategies
  • Offer valuable insights to landlords on maximising their property's rental potential

Strategic Property Marketing

  • Craft compelling property listings that showcase unique features and attract high-quality tenants
  • Utilise various platforms and innovative marketing techniques to ensure maximum exposure
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for premium properties

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with landlords, positioning yourself as their trusted property advisor
  • Manage a high volume of appointments with efficiency and professionalism
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint

Business Development

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our property portfolio
  • Represent our agency at local property events and networking functions
  • Contribute to the agency's growth strategies and help achieve ambitious targets

Team Collaboration

  • Work seamlessly with your lettings team to ensure a smooth transition from valuation to tenant move-in
  • Share market insights and best practices to contribute to the team's overall success
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay at the forefront of industry trends

What We're Looking For

Experience and Expertise

  • Proven track record in lettings valuation or a similar role within the property industry
  • Comprehensive understanding of Leicester's rental market dynamics and emerging trends
  • ARLA membership or willingness to work towards this qualification

Skills and Attributes

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong negotiation skills and a natural flair for closing deals
  • Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
