Seeking an Accounts Semi Senior / Bookkeeper to join a professional services team. The role involves handling a portfolio of clients, preparing accounts, and managing financial records.

The organisation is a prominent professional services firm with over 1,000 employees. Based in Stoke-On-Trent, they provide a vast array of accounting and finance services to clients across the globe.
Description
- Preparation of FRS102a and FRS105 year-end accounts
- Management accounts preparation
- Draft corporation tax computations
- Knowledge of personal tax returns would be an advantage.
- Bookkeeping, inclusive of monthly reconciliations/monthly journals.
- Assisting clients with payments runs, credit control etc.
- Experienced with cloud-based software. Xero, Sage, Quickbooks.
- Comfortable with setting up bank feeds.
- Can offer support and training to clients
- VAT returns and submissions
- Experience with CIS clients
- Able to assist clients with software switch, i.e. from sage to Xero

A successful Accounts Semi Senior / Bookkeeper should have:

- Efficient and organized to ensure timely delivery
- Able to work collaboratively across the wider team
- Eager and ambitious to learn new skills
- Recently AAT qualified or working toward AAT Level 4
