Our client, a prestigious law firm in London, are seeking a Deskside Support Analyst to join their team.
As a Deskside support analyst you will be providing comprehensive support across a wide range of IT services, including Microsoft Office 365 and various legal-specific applications. This role offers a mix of challenge and opportunity, with no two days the same.
This role offers hybrid working - 3 days on site in their London office, giving you a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an escalation point for the 1st line support team.
- Support the 1st line team during busy periods.
- Own technical issues and see them through to resolution.
- Provide 'tech-bar' support for the walk-up IT service.
- Participate in IT and business projects, acting as a representative and stakeholder.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Desktop Support/Service Desk Analyst in a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10.
- Experience with MS Exchange.
- Understanding of Active Directory and ITIL framework.
