Based in Tarporley our client is a specialist finance provider dedicated to the intermediary market.
As part of their planned growth, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Business Development to develop new introducers within the BTL, bridging and second charge mortgage market.
The Person
The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience within the specialist finance market in addition to a business-to-business background.
What are we looking for?
The succesful candidate will feel comfortable dealing with people at all levels of experience and have the ability, drive and tenacity to overcome objections and build relationships through knowledge and providing exceptional service.
You must have a minimum of 3 years phone-based experience within this market and view yourself as a hunter who makes things happen though proactive planning, networking and providing clients with an exceptional service.
What are the rewards?
The basic salary is dependent upon experience up to £40,000. In addition, there is a bonus element to the role with an expectation to earn around £45 - 55,000 for an on-target performance. (uncapped)
