We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Assistant/Financial Planning Assistant to work for an established and independant Financial Services company-IFA
- Administer new client pensions, investment, and risk contracts.
- Service existing client arrangements.
- Conduct effective liaisons with product providers and strategic partners.
- Update client and product records.
- Assist with the preparation of meeting packs and reports.
- Support training and induction of new Client Service Assistants
- Assist with the writing of basic end of tax year reports in conjunction with the Client Services Executives
- Oversee monthly and annual data quality checks and reporting.
- Administration and Ad hoc Project work
- Excellent communication skills-Written, verbal and face to face
- Polite and professional telephone manner
- Able to communicate at all levels.
- Accurate with numbers and strong attention to detail
- Able to prioritise workload.
- Professional manner and excellent collaborator, whilst able to use initiative
- Financial Service background-IFA or Wealth Management
- Ideally 1 or 2 Qualifications, RO and RO2

- IT Literate with EXCEL
