It is a Monday to Friday position based in our head office in York, however you will also be required to work some weekends e.g. events and trade shows.
The Candidate:
We are looking for a real allrounder, someone who shares our passion for customer service and would love to help us grow our accounts within the UK and EU. Whilst our ideal candidate would have some sales and customer service anyone who shares our passion for health and fitness will also be considered.
Speaking fluent Polish and English is essential as the job involves communicating with our Polish office on a regular basis.
The Role:
This is a newly created role where you will spend your time managing existing customers and prospecting for new business. You will also be supporting our busy retail department by answering questions and queries from retail customers. On top of this there may be an element of admin work as needed to support the company so a flexible approach to work is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growing distribution by developing new and existing accounts - All EU countries.- Seeking new leads and opening new accounts.- Contacting non-active customers and converting them into active customers.- Delivering outstanding customer service and building long term relationships.- Monitoring your KPI performance on a regular basis.- Keeping your accounts up to date on the latest brands, products and promotions.- Representing the company in a professional manner.- Answering retail customers queries by phone or email
- Administration tasks to support the company.
Experience and Competencies:
- Excellent written / oral communication in English and Polish.
- Knowledge of health / sport supplements industry is an advantage.
- Experience in export is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creativity and flexible approach to meet the demands of the business.
- Ability to think analytically and draw conclusions.

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
