Product Lead - Hybrid Role
Salary: Up to £70,000

Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the company's goals and customer needs.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity for the development team and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of features.
- User-Centric Focus: Lead the creation of user stories, wireframes, and requirements based on customer needs and feedback.
- Sprint Planning: Oversee sprint planning and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
- Performance Metrics: Continuously analyze and assess product performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Lead within a start-up environment - essential.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in managing Agile teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a hybrid working model.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
