Elevation HR are working in partnership with one of our Engineering clients to recruit an experienced HR Project Manager. This is a new role into the team and is an exciting time to join as the organisation is a on journey of transformation and therefore have a number of People related projects.
You will be a strategic thinker with excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple HR projects simultaneously. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong HR generalist and project management background , who can drive HR initiatives from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR projects including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee engagement and TUPE
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the required standards.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and results to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure all HR projects comply with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the rest of the HR and other departments to align projects with overall business goals.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of level 5 CIPD
- Proven experience as an HR Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong HR generalist background
- Union experience would be ideal
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools. eg PRINCE2Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
