Duties include:
- Engaging with the invoice query and approval process internally
- Notifying internal departments of payments received
- Able to work to strict deadlines and prioritise accordingly
- Cover daily routine tasks when needed
- Nominal coding
- Inputting
- Reconciling accounts
- Scanning and filing
- Assisting with year end
- Handling payment requests and chasers
- Assist other team members when needed
Specific Requirements:
- Accounts experience - 3 years minimum
- Experience with Microsoft product suite, in particular Excel
- Attention to detail
- Purchase ledger
