Job Title: Membership Administrator

Contract: Full-time

Working Model: 80% attendance in the Chelmsford office

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Start Date: May 2024

My client, a membership organisation is recruiting for a Membership Administrator.

Main Responsibilities of the Membership Administrator:

  • Membership renewals and engagement; payments and general queries.
  • Proactively making outbound calls with existing, lapsed members.
  • Updating CRM.
  • Purchase Ledger - process direct debit payments, invoicing, chase outstanding queries.
  • To provide ad hoc support as necessary from time to time.

Essential Skills:

  • Proactive, a self-starter with excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal / communication skills, internally and externally.
  • Excellent telephone and people skills.
  • Organisational skills: Able to prioritise own workload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • IT / Microsoft Skills / MS Dynamics
