Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated senior resourcer to join our Bid Resource division. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Our in-house recruitment, supported by our Business Support Team.
- Supporting our clients to source, screen, and place bid professionals in temporary and permanent positions.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a willingness to understand the bid and proposal industry, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with career opportunities.
About You
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment, resourcing professional services or senior roles. Preferably within the bid, proposal and procurement industry or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Excellent candidate matching abilities, considering candidate attributes and cultural fit for a prospective client.
- Competent in using recruitment software, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
