We've been helping businesses to grow since 2009 and have since grown in numbers to have a large, directly employed bid team split across our 3 key divisions - Bid Writing/Management, Bid Resource and Bid Training. Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated senior resourcer to join our Bid Resource division. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Our in-house recruitment, supported by our Business Support Team.
  • Supporting our clients to source, screen, and place bid professionals in temporary and permanent positions.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a willingness to understand the bid and proposal industry, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with career opportunities.

About You

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment, resourcing professional services or senior roles. Preferably within the bid, proposal and procurement industry or related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent candidate matching abilities, considering candidate attributes and cultural fit for a prospective client.
  • Competent in using recruitment software, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
