A striving medium size media agency is looking for a Finance Assistant that will look after the billing side of the ledger. You will be responsible for raising invoices, run reports as well as assist with cashflow forecasting and revenue tracking.
- Monthly Billing cycle - responsible for ensuring timely and accurate billings in line with billing instructions for allocated clients.
- Credit Control
- Intercompany invoicing
- Chasing billing instructions/PO's from the team.
- Billing schedule maintenance.
- Support resolving any billing queries from account directors and clients.
- Chasing timesheets on a weekly basis - recording & reporting on incomplete timesheets..
- Collation of client billing backup on monthly basis.
- Assisting Financial Controller with cashflow forecasting.
- Checking Revenue dashboards for untracked revenue and chasing client teams.
- Assisting with audit requirements.
