Key Responsibilities of the Senior Administrator:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and senior leaders
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including organising meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Coordinate internal and external communications
  • Assist with the organisation of company events
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all records are accurate and up to date
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
  • Support other administrative staff as needed

Senior Administrator Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a busy administrative role
