Job Title: Social Media Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000

About the Role:
We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join my clients team in Birmingham. If you have experience in e-commerce or FMCG industries, and are skilled in both organic (80%) and paid (20%) social media strategies, we'd love to hear from you. You'll be responsible for managing social media presence, creating engaging content, and using tools like Hootsuite to schedule and track performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies, balancing organic and paid campaigns.
- Create engaging content tailored for multiple platforms.
- Use Hootsuite (or similar scheduling tools) to manage social media activity.
- Monitor and analyze performance, adjusting campaigns to drive engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on e-commerce or FMCG. (3 years minimum)
- Expertise in both organic and paid social media strategies.
- Experience with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
