Optimisation Delivery Engineer Water

Salary: £42000 - £45,000 Depending on experience??

Based within the Anglian Water region covering such areas as Peterborough, Huntingdon, Norwich, Lincoln and Milton Keynes?????

Permanent, full time - 37 hours per week

Working as part of the Optimisation Team you will assist in the efficient and effective delivery of capital programmes across all our Water assets. Working across the region, your role will involve the enabling and coordination of parcels to be delivered by Optimisation, ensuring CDM, technical specifications, H+S regulations, operational needs and the needs of other stakeholders are of key consideration.

This will require the ability to collaborate with operational colleagues, delivery routes, programme management and other stakeholders, to ensure the safe, efficient delivery of work.

Using your technical and process experience, you will provide support to the Water Optimisation Team and Water Business Stream in relation to the reduction of operating costs of the water system. The role will enable integration and collaboration across the various business streams and wider key stakeholder areas

What does it take to be an Optimisation Delivery Engineer?

  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong technical knowledge and operational experience of water assets and systems would be desirable
  • Strong working knowledge of CDM
  • Proven financial management skills and ability to control a project budget
  • Experience of building and managing productive, credible business relationships
