Our client, a global media company, is seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Producer for a 9-month FTC. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in movies and television. The role offers 2 days a week WFH.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the successful management of marketing campaign development, production and delivery of TV/film.
  • Ensuring that a TV/film launch marketing campaign is completed within budgets and deadlines using appropriate processes, procedures, and job tracking.
  • Managing the creative production and operational aspects of a marketing campaign, including the development and production of core marketing materials such as Art, Teasers, Trailers, A/V, Social, PR, and channels.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Identifying project requirements, obtaining approvals, and ensuring delivery of core marketing materials in collaboration with various teams and external agencies.
  • Contributing to the production of key promotional materials; to include TV spots. Radio, OOH, Print, Social, Digital Display etc.
  • Working across multiple campaigns simultaneously using rigorous prioritisation and project management.
  • Following key processes to conduct localisation management for global titles.
  • Handling the day-to-day escalations, troubleshooting, and mitigation of blockers with regards to production issues.
  • Communicating to stakeholders with regards to updates on progress/issues/timing/budget/delays etc.
  • Working with the marketing team for input, reviews, and approvals.
  • Providing operational solutions with the identification of cross-functional bottlenecks, challenges, and workflow constraints.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Campaign Production.
  • Experience with project management and creative production at an advertising agency, creative agency or studio production company.
  • Understanding of video, digital, and static formats.
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of asset management, production, and delivery.
  • AV Post-Production experience is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production company, or digital creative department.
  • Expert levels of organisational skills to manage workload is preferred.
  • Experience working with Project Management software.
  • Understanding of digital file and folder management systems.
  • Experience managing industry/marketing body approvals.
  • Experience working on a high volume of creative and campaign types simultaneously.
  • Experience working with global cross functional teams is desirable.
  • Able to work autonomously amidst ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Additional European languages are desirable.
