A superb opportunity for an experienced sales person.
Your role would be to respond to live enquiries from customers and to respond to their enquiry and then to turn the enquiry into a face to face consultation with the company Consultants.
My client would require you to have:
- Excellent telephone skills
- Come from a Sales background, be confident to meet sales targets
- A good understanding of IT - Microsoft Office and customer retention management (CRM) Management
- Good problem solving skills
- Enquires will come in from different sources. Phone, email, walk in and it would be your job to capture their details, book appointments, resolve any queries they have, provide advice and the procedure, making sure that he customer has filled out all the correct information
- Prepare sales quotes
- Liaising with the administration teams and consultants
- Good customer service
- This role would require you to attend events and liaise with client
The role is 9-5 Monday to Friday. Offers great benefits. Parking on premises.
