Reed Finance are pleased to be working with one of our clients to appoint a Finance Manage. The company is growing business and are expanding the finance function.
As Finance Manager, your key duties will include:
- Oversee a small team
- Ensure all financial reports are met with month end timelines.
- Responsible to produce Month End Reporting packs for multiple cost centres.
- Prepare and submit monthly updates to SLT
- Reporting of all key financial data to SLT.
- Regular engagement with operational teams.
- Ensure all legal regulations in Accounting and Finance are adhered to.
Profile:
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified – Ideally candidate will have a min of 3 years PQE
- Experience of managing a small team
- IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft packages and ERP systems
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Conscientious, methodical and able to work under own initiative
- Task orientated with the ability to build effective relationships
