Personal Assistant

Hybrid, full-time temporary position based in Birmingham city centre, offering up to £25/hour depending on experience.

Are you a personal assistant looking for your next opportunity? Would you like to work for a well established public sector organisation, supporting at Director level? Then this could be the role for you! Based in Birmingham city centre, the successful applicant will provide outstanding administrative and PA support on an ongoing temporary basis.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Extensive diary management; ensuring all meetings run to a smooth and efficient schedule
  • Full inbox and correspondence management, answering emails on behalf of the directors and escalating where appropriate
  • Overseeing and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Other administrative and PA duties where applicable

Prospective applicants must have previous PA experience within a similar calibre organisation. Applicants must have excellent communication and organisation skills, have a high attention to detail, and thrive working as part of a team.
