A leading national house builder are looking to recruit an Award Winning Site Manager (or someone who wishes to win one) to work on a prestigious housing site in Malvern,Worcestershire.
The role:
As an experienced Site Manager you will work on a 300 unit flagship project on traditional build houses in Malvern.
You day to day responsibilities will be as follows: You will have overall responsibility for running the housing development and subcontract trades and labour.
You will manage the project within a set build program and make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
On a daily basis you will carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program.
You will be responsible for health and safety on site. This will involve identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits.
You will control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors.
As a successful Senior Site Manager you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.

The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager/Project Manager in a similar house building or construction housing environment. It is essential to have an SMSTS and 1st Aid qualification, as well as a driving licence.
