We have a fixed-term Warehouse Administrator role available within DS Smith Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and is proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Role: Warehouse Administrator
Location: DS Smith, Milton Keynes
Rate:

  • Hourly Rate: £14.54/hour
  • Overtime (1.5x): £21.81/hour

Contract length: Fixed term
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 06:00 till 18:00.

  • Days: 06:00 - 18:00 ( 4 days on, 4 days off)

**Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound documentation
  • Maintain accurate data entry and records within the WMS
  • Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely dispatches
  • Provide administrative support to the operational team
  • Support stock control and inventory tasks

**Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in a warehouse or administrative environment
  • Strong IT and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Able to work independently and under pressure

**Desirable Requirements:

  • Driving license and use of a car
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems
