Clinical Pharmacist

Evolve is recruiting for an expanding Healthcare Organisation who are in need of a dynamic Non-Patient Facing Clinical Pharmacist to join their team, based in their dispensary in Chester on a permanent basis. Working closely with the Dispensary Manager you would be well supported within a large team. This is ideally a full-time position working 40 hours per week; however, part time may be considered. The branch operates Monday to Saturday 8am - 7pm.

This is an exciting time to join our client as they are opening a new site later this year, creating significant progression opportunities within the business.

For your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000 DOE as well as an excellent benefits package, pension scheme, private health care and generous annual leave.

Ideal Requirement for the Clinical Pharmacist

  • GPhC Registered Pharmacist
  • Previous experience working in a busy and evolving pharmacy environment.
  • Ability to manage workloads successfully.

Role Responsibilities for the Clinical Pharmacist

  • To work as a Pharmacist in the dispensary.
  • Participate in and develop dispensary services to our clients.
  • Undertake clinical screening and dispensing of medicines in accordance with the dispensary SOPs, for patients.
  • Support with accuracy checking.
  • Identify potential risks to patients when screening prescriptions and resolve relevant issues prior to dispensing.
