£22,308 - £25,000 Basic + Great commission/bonus structure and Benefits (OTE £5,000)

As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will be working within our clients inbound/outbound sales team, creating client opportunities for our Advisors from our existing client base. They are looking for someone who is a great relationship builder, has a wealth of experience within customer service and desirable someone who has worked within a sales targeted environment.

Full training will be provided and experience in a fast-paced sales environment would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls from clients and establish the type of service they require.
  • Making outbound calls to clients to understand their needs and generate appointments.
  • Finding solutions to clients' needs and ensure they receive the right advice for their circumstances.
  • Building long lasting relationships with our customers.
  • Maintain a sales database to ensure client contact is consistent and in line with our client's journey.
  • Always provide a 5* service to all customers
  • Achieving individual set targets & KPI's
  • Follow all business and regulatory process to ensure the company is always protected.
  • Undertake all learning and development opportunities to support the growth of yourself and the business.
