My client is a successful property organisation based in Coleshill looking for a Personal Assistant to support multiple directors.
Description
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle and prioritise all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages).
- Perform administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Maintain the filing system and manage databases.
- Support team members in assigned project-based work.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense report management.
Profile
- Experience as a Personal Assistant
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Understanding of the Property industry.
- Can commute to Coleshill
