We are looking for an experienced administrator who thrives in a professional office environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As the Branch Administrator, you will ensure smooth office operations and play a vital role in maintaining standards of excellence.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle enquiries via phone and email, schedule appointments for the sales team, and provide outstanding service with a positive attitude.
  • Office Operations: Support the Branch Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring office procedures run efficiently and professionally.
  • Invoicing and Documentation: Raise, issue, and manage invoices with precision and attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain a supportive and friendly work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous administration experience in a professional office environment (essential).
  • Strong organizational skills and a thorough, methodical, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • Residency in West London for easy access to the Southall office.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (5 days office based)
