Day-to-day of the role:
- Customer Interaction: Handle enquiries via phone and email, schedule appointments for the sales team, and provide outstanding service with a positive attitude.
- Office Operations: Support the Branch Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring office procedures run efficiently and professionally.
- Invoicing and Documentation: Raise, issue, and manage invoices with precision and attention to detail.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain a supportive and friendly work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous administration experience in a professional office environment (essential).
- Strong organizational skills and a thorough, methodical, and detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Residency in West London for easy access to the Southall office.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (5 days office based)
