We are a fully private dental practice in the vibrant area of Elephant and Castle, London, seeking a dedicated Full-Time Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join our professional team. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in patients, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Handle phone inquiries, appointment scheduling, and email correspondence efficiently.
- Coordinate treatment plans, explain procedures, and provide patients with detailed information on available services.
- Manage patient records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Process payments, including private patient billing and financing options.
- Maintain the reception area to a high standard, reflecting the practice's private and professional setting.
- Liaise with dentists and support staff to ensure the seamless delivery of care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or treatment coordinator is highly preffered.
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with dental software systems (training will be provided if necessary).
- Professional and polished appearance.
