Job Title: Solicitor - Spinal Injuries
Location: London / hybrid
Hours: Permanent, Full-time
The Vacancy:
Our client is seeking a dedicated solicitor (or Legal Executive) to join a unique spinal injury team. The client is working to provide comprehensive support to individuals that have suffered spinal cord injuries due to accidents or medical negligence.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of spinal cord injury claims arising from medical negligence.
- Assist Senior Solicitors with complex and extended matters.
- Gradually take on more diverse cases, including personal injury claims, with comprehensive training and support provided.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in handling medical negligence claims.
- Experience with spinal cord injuries is ideal but not required.
- Background or significant interest in personal injury claims is beneficial.
- Estimated 2-6 years PQE, suitable for someone ready to step into an Associate-level role.
