We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join the team at our Donnington packaging site, part of the Antalis group!
You will be a key member of a small, friendly team, completing all administrative tasks to support the sales office and ensure customer satisfaction.
This would be a great opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to make a positive impact and work in a varied but interesting role.
Main Responsibilities
- Chasing outstanding purchase orders to ensure order acknowledgements are received within 24 hours of order placement.
- Checking all order acknowledgements are correct and updating our SAP system with the confirmed delivery dates and pricing.
- Answering calls from customers and suppliers in a professional manner, resolving queries where possible or providing clear information to the wider team to enable resolution.
- Providing full administrative support to the branch.
- Monitoring the sales inbox, inputting orders into the relevant system, and escalating any queries for resolution.
