We are seeking a qualified Accountant/Accounts Technician to join our key workforce. This role includes standard accounting tasks and offers the opportunity to engage in various aspects of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day account queries.
- Issuing and processing invoices and credit notes.
- Preparing payment runs in line with agreed credit and payment terms.
- Contacting suppliers and sub-consultants.
- Bank administration duties, monitoring available funds, inter-account transfers.
- Payroll preparation.
- VAT/VIES & Intrastat returns.
- Cash flow forecasts.
- Assisting in the preparation of routine financial reports including year-end accounts and monthly statements.

The Person
- Professional level 6 or above in an accounting-related field.
- Experience in a multinational company preferred but not essential.
- Driven and self-motivated.
- Experience in the implementation of a new ERP system would be an advantage.
