You will be working with an established team of experts in property litigation, acting for an array of high-profile clients, on varied and exciting cases. Future prospects for the right candidate are excellent.
Ideally your experience an expertise should include: -
- 5+ PQE
- Commercial & Residential Property Disputes
- Dealing with complex, high value cases
- 1 Degree
- Working at a well-regarded firm
You will be handling a caseload of property disputes including:
- Landlord & Tennant disputes (Commercial & Residential)
- Restrictive covenants
- Adverse possession & trespass
- Boundary, right to light, party wall
- Enfranchisement & lease extension
- Construction disputes
