Summary:
At Bis Henderson, we are looking for a Managing Director to join a growing B2B service provider, operating within the automotive sector. The role focuses on driving the continued success journey for the business, maintaining high levels of growth, profitability and engagement. The ideal candidate will take a hands-on approach, able to drive growth within a small team. They will need to possess a strong commercial profile and financial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for managing customers and operations while also driving sales and managing costs
- Deliver and maintain high levels of growth, profitability and customer, supplier and employee engagement across the business
- Take a hands-on approach to leadership; build a team, give direction and build the business, while also working closely with Clients directly.
- Support the team with new sales and growth within existing accounts
Experience:
- A proven track record of delivering commercial success and growth within a business offering either B2B services or within the wider automotive sector.
- A hands-on management style, comfortable leading smaller teams
- Experience in a similar role, where you can confidently demonstrate awareness of the measurements and standards used to gauge overall business functional effectiveness and how you have used this to improve performance
- Excellent communication skills, able to both lead and motivate a small team, but also develop strong and lasting relationships with Clients.
