We are seeking a diligent and professional Contract Administrator to join our busy team. The role requires a resilient individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. This position is ideal for someone with a background in administrative work, preferably within the housing, premises, or facilities management sector.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Plan and coordinate the daily work schedules of Heating Engineers, Multi-Skilled Engineers, Electricians, Plumbers, and Apprentices, ensuring efficient distribution and communication of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data flow to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Keep up-to-date records using the appropriate systems and ensure they are produced on time.
  • Collaborate with other Contracts Administrators and Supervisors to streamline processes.
  • Handle phone calls from Clients and Tenants, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven administrative experience, ideally in the housing, premises, or facilities management sector.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to develop and progress within the company.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages, IT systems, and databases.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls.
  • A friendly and professional attitude to foster positive relationships with Engineers, Tenants, and Clients.
