At MW Appointments, we are looking for someone to join our team as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant in the Radlett, Hertfordshire office. The purpose of the role is to assist the Recruitment Consultants while learning and developing into a 360 Recruitment Consultant position.
Main Duties:
- Registering and interview new candidates
- Updating the details of existing candidates
- Preparing candidate CVs
- Quickly develop an understanding of the Insurance sector
- Matching candidates to suitable live vacancies.
- Working on job vacancies
- Contacting shortlists of candidates for job vacancies
- Arranging job interviews for candidates
- Preparing candidates for interview
- Ad-hoc duties as needed
Essential Skills Required:
- Strong IT skills including all MS Office
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Willing to learn a new industry and skills
What you need to know:
- Permanent role
- Based in Radlett, Herts WD7 - working Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm - hybrid
- Salary between £20,000 - £25,000 with opportunity for incentives and bonuses
