Robert Half are delighted to be a supporting a business in Gloucestershire on the recruitment of a Finance Analyst to join the team and lead on the management of commission schemes.
The ideal candidate will have a good level of finance and accounting knowledge, strong proven experience in building and maintain strong relationships and excellent analytical skills.
This role is a fully remote position, with 1 day per month required in our client's Gloucestershire office. This is a full time and permanent position of 36.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities of the Finance Analyst include but are not limited to:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers managing all inquiries and discrepancies, as well as facilitate smooth payment processes.
- Production and payment of commissions statements on a monthly and quarterly basis, as well as generating commissions reports and analysis to provide insights.
- Performing reconciliations of commissions transactions to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Supporting internal employees to assist with any queries regarding commissions.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.
Your Profile:
- Exceptional communication skills, able to build relationships both internally and externally.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Good working knowledge of finance and accounting knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Excel, and a system savvy individual.
In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of up to £32,000 plus benefits including healthcare, life assurance, generous pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays and more.
