Our client pride themselves on innovation, agility, and a commitment to excellence from workforce to delivery and we are looking for a talented Finance Business Partner to join the team and enable them to drive their financial strategy to support their continued ambitious plans.
On a day day basis your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support operational departments with financial planning and performance tracking.
- Lead the financial assessment of new projects, investments, and business ventures.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing financial guidance and support.
As the Finance Business Partner you may be in possession of your full accounting qualifications (ACCA, CA, CIMA or similar) and you will have previous experience to draw on from a commercial working environment. You will be analytical by nature, possess strong problem solving skills and, in addition, be an excellent communicator who is confident delivering financial information to non financial people.
